Cancellation refunds

• More than 72 hours before pickup — 100% rental refund
• Between 24 and 72 hours before pickup — 50% rental refund
• Less than 24 hours — no rental refund
• Security deposit — always refunded in full on safe return

Deposit refund timeline

Security deposit is refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days of vehicle return, subject to no outstanding damage or extra charges.
