1. Rental agreement
By booking a vehicle through this site, you agree to the terms of the Rental Agreement signed at the time of vehicle handover.
2. Driver requirements
Minimum age 21 years. Valid Indian driving licence with at least 1 year since issue. Aadhaar / passport required as photo ID.
3. Vehicle use
Vehicles may not be used for: commercial purposes, racing, towing, transport of restricted goods, or driving outside India. Off-road use permitted only with vehicles explicitly marked as such.
4. Fuel
Vehicles are handed over with a known fuel level. Renters return the vehicle at the same level. Shortfalls billed at fuel-station rate + ₹100 handling.
5. Damage & liability
Customer is liable up to the insurance excess (typically ₹10,000) for any damage during the rental period. Damage assessment conducted at vehicle return.
6. Cancellation
More than 72 hours before pickup: 100% refund. Between 24h and 72h: 50% refund. Less than 24h: no refund of advance; deposit refunded.
